Mijn favoriete Jamie Oliver salade is de rauwe bietensalade met feta, peer en munt uit het boek Cook with Jamie (‘Koken met Jamie’). Het leuke van deze salade is niet alleen dat de smaken van de ingredienten zo mooi bij elkaar passen maar ook dat het recept zo snel te maken is.
Als je een microstockfoto verkoopt is het altijd een raadsel waar de foto voor gebruikt wordt. Heel soms vind je een foto terug op het internet maar aangezien de foto’s ook gebruikt kunnen worden in drukwerk (als ze überhaupt worden gebruikt) is die kans niet zo heel groot.
De onderstaande conceptfoto ‘Frozen Asset’ heb ik op iStockphoto.com staan sinds mei 2009. Het is een bevroren US dollarmuntje, een heuse quarter, vastgevroren in ijs.
